Django's joins some great restaurants on the OpenTable Top 10 lists in Colorado. We're very pleased to be recognized in multiple Categories for Colorado: Best Food (our favorite!), Fit for Foodies and Best Value!

OpenTable has just announced its top 100 restaurants that are Fit For Foodies, which is based on more than 5 million restaurant reviews submitted by OpenTable diners for more than 19,000 restaurants in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Try the crispy Colorado bass with foamed vanilla-saffron sabayon, and the beef, lamb and slider sampler. This high-end, intimate resto, draped in sheer curtains and with a wide, open kitchen, serves gourmet tapas just steps from the slopes. “Date with a pig” isn’t as dirty as it sounds — Medjool dates wrapped in Serrano ham — but it isdecadently enjoyable, as are the crispy Brussels sprouts and braised spiced boar belly.
